sessions work

How We Collect Data

  • We go directly to your location and test or refer out   
  • Testing involves metabolic tests such as Vo2 max, and Resting Metabolic
  • Testing body composition 1 of three available pieces of equipment
  • Optional Bloodwork analysis
  • Comprehensive Nuero Movement Analysis 
  • Optional daily heart rate/ vitals monitoring
  • Daily nutrition, exercise, activity, and habit tracking

What to expect in your first coaching session

Introduction and goal-setting

In your first coaching session, your coach will introduce themselves and provide an overview of the coaching process. They will also work with you on finding the prefect training tempo and and to create a plan for achieving them.

Discuss challenges & obstacles

Your coach will motivate you to talk about any obstacles or challenges impeding your goal attainment. By attentively listening, they will offer guidance and support to help you overcome those challenges.

Creation of an action plan

Based on your goals and the challenges you are facing, your coach will help you create an action plan for moving forward. This plan will include specific steps you can take to overcome obstacles and make progress towards achieving your goals.

Ongoing support

Your coach will also discuss the ongoing support and resources that will be available to you throughout the coaching process. This may include access to additional tools and resources, ongoing check-ins, and support from the coach between sessions.
